Use of tripolyphosphate
1. Detergents and cleaners
Washing aid: Sodium tripolyphosphate is an important component in detergent,
which can soften water quality and enhance decontamination ability.
Chelating agent: Combined with calcium and magnesium ions in water to prevent stains from redeposition.
Emulsifier: help to disperse oil and improve cleaning effect.
2. Food industry
Moisture retention agent: Used in meat, seafood and other foods to maintain moisture and improve taste.
