The role of sodium acetate in the textile printing and dyeing field
- Neutralizing residual acid: After bleaching, acid washing and other processes, it is used to gently neutralize the strong acid remaining on the fabric and adjust the pH value of the fabric surface.
- Stabilizing the acidity and alkalinity of the dyeing solution: When mixed with acetic acid, it forms a buffer solution to stabilize the pH value of the dyeing solution within the optimal range, ensuring uniform coloration and reducing color differences.
