Metal cleaning and rust removal: Oxalic acid is often used to clean metal surfaces,
especially to remove rust
and oxides from metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and copper.
Textile bleaching: In the textile industry, oxalic acid is used as a bleach to help remove pigments
